Groundbreaking Ceremony for Dry Creek Fork Station

Basin Electric Power Cooperative is celebrating the groundbreaking of its Dry Fork Station at the plant site near Gillette, WY.  The ceremony  will be held Tuesday, November 2 at 10:oo a.m.  Ron Harper, Basin Electric CEO and general manager will be master of ceremonies.  Governor Dave Freudenthal will be in attendance.
