By Sarah Hale on Jun 7, 2008 in Featured
Close to 25 members of the Wyoming National Guard arrived in Weston County Saturday, June 7, to build a 26-foot long temporary bridge over a washed out county road. The request came to the Wyoming National Guard Friday to send personnel to put a bridge into place.
Two medics assigned to the Wyoming Air National Guard’s 153rd Medical Group
and 21 members of the Wyoming Army National Guard’s 1041st Engineer Company
will perform the mission as a training exercise. The bridge is expected to
be completed by Sunday evening and remain in place for up to one month.
