Alpine receives grant for civic center

Alpine has received state funding to renovate the Civic Center, damaged by snow in the winter of 2007-08. This morning (Thursday, 9 Oct. 08) the Wyoming State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) approved the town of Alpine’s application for $1,275,905. The Community Facilities Grant will be used for roof and truss replacement, internal renovations and expansion. Alpine’s community match is $530,656.
