It’s all good news for Teresa Peavler this month. Peavler has been named the winner of the $10,000 Ashley Furniture and Hunter’s Furniture and Appliance sweepstakes.
“She signed up for our drawing during our After Thanksgiving Day Sale,” said Linda Hunter of Hunter’s Maytag. “Her ticket was drawn from a pool of tickets from Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.”

According to Hunter, the only requirement to participate in the drawing was coming into the store and signing up.

“There was no purchase necessary,” Hunter said. “You just needed to sign a card with your name, address and phone number and stick it in the box. All of the stores that participated in the sweepstakes sent their tickets in.”

Peavler was notified of winning the drawing the week before Christmas.
