Roberts to address the historical society

Fred Roberts, a prominent sheep rancher from Cokeville, Wyoming will speak to the Star Valley Historical Society on the subject of the history of the sheep industry in western Wyoming.
Mr. Roberts is from a multi-generational sheep raising family rooted in Wyoming and has vast knowledge of his subject material. He has dedicated his life to the industry. The Roberts’ sheep herds are among the largest in Wyoming. They are grazed from the Idaho-Utah border east through Sweetwater County. Mr. Fred Roberts has an extensive and successful background in the industry.
This talk is the second in teh current lecture series, sponsored by the Star Valley Historical Society, Gordon Tueller, President. The public is welcome to attend this lecture at no charge. The meeting will be held in the Council Chamber at the Afton City Hall at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009.
