The Independent is striving to bring you more coverage than ever before of your Star Valley High School Sports. 

Head Cross-Country Coach, Ty Draney, is a veteran of ultramarathon events, having run ten of them in his lifetime, including a win in last year’s Bear 100.  His training methods have helped the Braves and Lady Braves work harder than ever before.

After a third place finish in the 4A Class for the Lady Braves, they have their sites set on possibly upsetting the Cheyenne Central Lady Indians this season.

Below is the first of hopefully many videos which will include coaches from the high school.  Draney discusses items from running itself to where he feels the team can finish this year.
