The Lady Braves, despite being one short of their typical top five runners, placed five girls in the top 18 and won the Bear Lake Invitational Wednesday afternoon despite wet cold conditions and snow flurries.

Afton Mayor, Alan Stauffer, and Golf Course Superintendent, Darin Neuenschwander, discussed some of the obstacles and challenges for the 18-hole Afton Golf Course which will bear the endorsement of two-time major winner Johnny Miller.

Laramie, Wyo. (Sept. 28, 2009) — For the second time this season, Wyoming Cowboys have been recognized by CollegeFootballPerformance.com as among the best performers at their positions in the nation.

The Wyoming Department of Family Services expects to see an increase in the number of households seeking help from various aid programs this year.

There were three big plays in the game between the Worland Warriors and the Star Valley Braves.  Unfortunately for Braves fans, all three were Worland touchdowns.

Lincoln County School District No. 2 is switching from hard copy school board packets to electronic school board packets. The decision to go electronic was made at the September meeting of the School Board.
