Edgar Erickson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Erickson of Freedom, slipped to Idaho Falls with Twila Allen and they were married on Monday of last week. Edgar is a very thrifty young man, employed at the creamery in Freedom. Twila is the youngest daughter of Mrs. Annie Allen Yeaman, and well prepared to make this young man a splendid wife. We all join in wishing them a happy and prosperous sojourn.
Star Valley Wins from Jackson–Star Valley outplayed their slightly smaller opponents for a victor y of 33 to 0 in a fast football game at Jackson Friday, Sept. 21. Never once was the Star Valley goal threatened. The local boys scored consistently all through the game. The plays which scored the most yardage were round end runs and over line plays. . . . The most spectacular part of the game was a beautiful execution of the “sleeper play” a pass from Harrison to Clinger and away for a touchdown.

Auburn news: Mr. Jos. H. Walton was presented with a fine baby girl, this is the 18th member of Mr. Walton’s family, and he feels justly proud of this addition. A Big Free Dance at the Auburn ball tonight.
Bedford news: Mr. C.G. Heiner’s addition he is building to his home makes a very big improvement to his place. The Sheep Men are moving out of the hills which will make the place seem lonesome after their summer stay with us. We are expecting to hear the hum of the thresher this week. Jack Frost has nipped everything possible now. Thank providence haying is over at last.
