The Alpine Parks and Recreation Committee is looking into the possibility of a skate park. According to Town Administrator Deb Wolfley, the committee is in the preliminary research phase of project.

Wolfley reports the  Alpine Parks and Recreation Committtee is working to get more information on skates parks in general and the costs associated with them.

According to Wolfley, the committee will research different styles of skate parks and the costs to build and maintain the parks. The parks and rec committee will also look for grant assistance.
