Governor Fruedenthal talks about restoring federal-local balance of power

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Gov. Freudenthal encouraged Wyoming Legislators to spearhead efforts to amend the U.S. Constitution and restore the Founding Fathers’ intended balance of power between federal and local governments Thursday.

The U.S. Constitution does not need to be amended. The Federal government needs to follow it and especially the Federal courts need to uphold it. The progressives in government would not respect and follow an amended constitution and more than they do the current version.
