Governor urges fiscal responsibility in State of the State address

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Gov. Dave Freudenthal credited hard work and tough decision making for keeping the state in financial health and addressed several legislative proposals in his annual State of the State address Monday morning in front of the Wyoming legislature.
