WASHINGTON, D.C.— The efforts of U.S. Sen. John Barrasso to protect the Wyoming Range in perpetuity are one step closer to fruition thanks to a vote Wednesday moving the bill out of the Senate Energy and Resources Committee to the Senate floor.

The Wyoming Department of Health is encouraging Wyoming residents to reduce stroke incidence and death by learning how to recognize stroke symptoms and how to help prevent strokes from happening.

When Dr. Paul Head arrived in Star Valley, there were five full or part time physicians to aid with the multiple aspects of SVMC.  Now after nearly 19 years, 24 different physicians have made it possible to receive treatment not imagined in 1989.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. - In two separate meetings with Chinese officials in Beijing today, Gov. Dave Freudenthal discussed future opportunities in tourism, energy and in particular, coal bed methane development.

Funeral Services for Cliff Bingham, father of Russ and Charlotte Neel Reinhart, will be Friday, March 28, at 1 p.m.  In the Grover LDS Chapel.  Family will greet friends at the church, starting at 11 a.m, prior to the service.
