Wyoming Department of Transportation will host an informational open house on Tuesday, July 8 at the Star Valley Community Complex in Etna from 6-8 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss “improvements to U.S. 89 planned for future work.”
According to WYDOT, information on the project history, purpose and need, and a current scheduled timeline will be available.
Alternatives will be presented and there will be presentation boards with resource information such as maps and roll plots available for examination and review.
WYDOT officials will be on-hand to answer questions.
“This is the perfect time for residents to get that personalized attention and get answers directly from the engineers involved,” WYDOT Resident Engineer Mike Garner said.
In addition to the July 8 meeting, the Wyoming Department of Transportation has created a website to provide more information about the project, www.etna-north.com, contains information about the goals of the project and the needs of the Star Valley transportation corridor.
